AL Marwan Group is looking for experienced Crawler Crane Operator candidate who is eligible to work in Sharjah UAE they can apply for this company.

Key Responsiblities (Al Marwan Group Crawler Crane Operator Jobs in UAE 2024)

• Candidate must be able to operate Crawler Cranes to lift, move, collect  and place material, equipment and other loads as required by project specification.
• Read and interpret load charts, blueprints, and other technical documents to ensure that materials and crane operation.
• Able to use hand signals or communication devices to coordinate with ground crew members and ensure that accurate load placement.

Safety and compliance (Al Marwan Group Crawler Crane Operator Jobs in UAE 2024)

• Eligible crane operator must be able to follow all the safety standards.
• Able to conduct daily inspection and must have basic technical knowledge.
• Able to work under safe condition, and eligible to check mechnical issues.
• Able to report any safety hazards, malfunctions, or equipment. 

Maintenance and unkeep

• Able to perform daily inspection and perform routine maintenance on the crane, including lubrication, cleaning and minor repairs.
• Maintain daily log of crane operations, maintenance, and any incident that occur.
• Coordinate with maintenance personnel for more extensive repairs or servicing as needed.

Coordination and communication

• Candidate must be eligible to work with construction team, project managers, and other operators to plan and execute lift operation effectively.
• Enusre that clear and communication effective with team members, including using radios or other communication tools to replay instruction and status updates.

Documents and Reporting

• Able to complete all the documents and submit daily logs & reccords
• Document any unusual occurrences or safety concerns and report them to supervisors.

• High school diploma .
• Must have crane operating experience .
• Excellent eye and hand coordination and spaital awarness.
• Good communication skill 

Salary :- AED 2800 to AED 4000 per month
