Grade 12 / at least Matric
Driver must have valid South African SA CODE 14 Driving license
Must have a valid Driving permit for CODE 14 Trucks
Driver must have 2 to 5 years minimum truck Driving experience & also distribution, logistics and supply chain
Able to assist other team member
Good communication skills & fluent English with local African language

Job Description

Dis-chem Pharmacies Midrand Distribution Center is looking to hire an experienced CODE 14 Driver for their company who can join their company & team as a heavy vehicle driver;
The main role of hiring CODE 14 drivers for only they look for experienced Truck driver who is eligible to drive company heavy trucks carefully and must be able to deliver the company’s right products to the right location carefully;
Eligible drivers have to follow all the company rules & procedures
Verify all the daily loads manually and verify TU is listed on the Truck
Driver must ensure these things that all collection, or daily store returns/ checked all loads are properly loaded on the truck
The driver has to ensure DLS /trip sheets and present store management carefully
Follow all the supervisor’s instruction
Drivers have to ensure and keep in mind that they inspect trucks weekly if you are facing any issues just report dispatch manager;
Daily clean the vehicle properly and follow all the traffic rules carefully;
