Job Description Forklift Operator Jobs In Iowa at Ice Cape Cold Storage in 2024

ICE Cape Cold Storage is looking for experienced forklift operators interested candidate must have valid license and candidate must be able to operate stand forklift machine and reach truck driver interested can apply online for this company.

Candidate must be eligible to use scanners and able to move heavy materials with help of materials, able to place items correctly.

Duties and responsiblities (Forklift Operator Jobs In Iowa at Ice Cape Cold Storage in 2024)

• Must be able to follow standard operating procedures 
• Able to put away palletized units by lifting forcks for placement into racks above floor hieght.
• Able to pick palletized units of out rack locations, above floor.
• Choose and record materials on and off trailers, pallet, and condition of food items.
• Able to load or unload materials on trailers
• Check form damage goods 
• Complete daily forklift maintenance 

Minimum Requirements (Forklift Operator Jobs In Iowa at Ice Cape Cold Storage in 2024)

• Candidate must be minimum 18 + 
• Good communication skill & or able to relocate 
• Previous forklift experience is prefered 
• Eligible candidate must working experience with warehouse management systems.
• Must have ability to work in temperature as low as 10 degree Farheniet while wearing company provided personnel protective equipment.
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs physically.
• Able to work at fleixble work schedule and shift.
