- Clean driving record and clean criminal record
- Operate the tower crane in a safe and efficient manner
- Able to operate a tower crane according to signals from the helper
- Applicants have a commercial driver’s license
- Applicants have mechanical skills and tools knowledge
- Daily check and maintain the company’s vehicles and equipment
- Able to work hard and lift 40 to 50 pounds physically
